Hi,

Is this happening on your Mac or an Apple Watch? You posted in the Apple Watch community ...

If you are referring to your Mac, if your are using Safari to access Instagram and Twitter, go to your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data then quit and relaunch Safari and try Instagram and Twitter.

Restart your Apple Watch:

  1. Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely.
  3. After you turn off your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

And restart your iPhone:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Then check for Twitter and Instagram notiications.
